Spiral Flush Trim Compression bit is available in 3 types - combination bit design with both top and bottom bearing, Pattern bit only with top bearing, and only bottom bearing design. It can be also made in Blue Nano Coating with high hardness and heat resistance, enables the cutting edge to retain crucial sharpness and lubricity. Bits with Nano Coating have up to 2.5 times longer using life compared to uncoated bits.

Top & Bottom Bearing Ultra-Performance Compression Flush Trim Router Bit is ideal for trimming laminate work or for template and pattern work. For template application, the bearing follows the template, while the cutting edge trims the workpiece. With the router handheld, the template is on the bottom of the work. With table-mounted router, the template is on top.

Pattern bit only with a shank-mounted ball-bearing pilot is useful for template and pattern routing or parts, joints, internal cuts, it can be used in CNC router, handheld and table-mounted routers. The template is attached to the workpiece and the pilot bearing rides along its edge As the cutting edges rout the workpiece, forming an exact Duplicate of the template.
